Lakeside Estates Bed
& Breakfast was designed and built as a B & B by it’s Innkeepers
/Owners, Tony & Beverly Scapin in the year 2000. Tony has designed and
built homes for more then 40 years.
This White Country Inn
sits on top one of the Berkshire’s Hills looking down at Otis
Reservoir.
Otis Reservoir is the states largest recreational body of water hosting more then 1000
acres of activities. Lakeside Estates has more then 110 feet of water
frontage on the reservoir for guest to enjoy. On warm
summer evening Tony & Beverly will treat their guest to a Sunset Pontoon
Boat ride (scheduling and weather permitting).
The Bed & Breakfast is one of 11
buildings on this 8-½ acres Country Lakeside Estate. There are multiple
out buildings along with 2 Rental Cottages that can be rented by the week.
Lakeside Estates is a fully central
air-conditioned Bed and Breakfast and offers three guest rooms with
private baths and a sitting room with a fireplace. For those of you who
are traveling and need two guest rooms, we also offer a private two
bedrooms suite with a full bath, a half bath and a sitting room with a
TV, VCR, and fireplace.
When entering the Lakeside Estates
property the official greeter "Cody Bruno" (aka our yellow lab) will
greet you. His job is to say hello and greet all guests. He takes his
job to heart. He has a wonderful smile and a friendly wagging tail.
Each morning Cody will bring the newspaper from the outside box and give
it to the guests. But remember you need to be up and awake for this
delivery because it is at 7:00 am. Although Cody roams the property he
is not allowed inside the Inn. We are a smoke free and pet free
facility.
