Lakeside Estates Bed
& Breakfast was designed and built as a B & B by it’s Innkeepers and Owners, Tony & Beverly Scapin in the year 2000. Tony has designed and
built homes for more then 40 years.
This White Country Inn
sits on top one of the Berkshire’s Hills looking down at Otis
Reservoir.
Otis Reservoir is the states largest recreational body of water hosting more then 1000
acres of activities. Lakeside Estates has more then 110 feet of water
frontage on the reservoir for guest to enjoy. On warm
summer evening Tony & Beverly will treat their guest to a Sunset Pontoon
Boat ride (scheduling and weather permitting).
The Bed & Breakfast is one of 10 buildings on this 8-½ acres Country Lakeside Estate. There are multiple
out buildings along with a Rental Cottage available by the the week during the months of June through September and for shorter stays outside those months.
Lakeside Estates is a fully central
air-conditioned Bed and Breakfast and offers three guest rooms with
private baths and a sitting room with a fireplace.
When entering the Lakeside Estates
property the official greeter "Cody Bruno" (aka our yellow lab) will
greet you. His job is to say hello and greet all guests. He takes his
job to heart. He has a wonderful smile and a friendly wagging tail. Although Cody roams the property he
is not allowed inside the Inn. We are a smoke free and pet free
facility.
