Directions to Lakeside Estates B&B
From All Points South of Massachusetts:
- 95 North to 8 North through CT
- After entering MA look for sign "Entering the Town of Otis"
- Less then I mile after entering Otis take a right on to Reservoir Rd. There will be a sign for Lakeside Estates B&B
- Go 1.6 miles to next sign for Lakeside Estates (on the right)
- Take a right on to Tolland Rd.
- Go .8 miles to next sign for Lakeside Estates (on the Left).
- Take left on to Kibbe Rd. Lakeside Estates is the 1st and 2nd driveway on the left. Welcome.

- Taconic Parkway North to Rt. 23 East
- Through Great Barrington on into Otis
- At the intersection of 8 & 23, continue on 23 East for 3 more miles
- Take right onto West Shore Road. There will be a sign there for Lakeside Estates B&B (on the right).
- Go .7 miles to next sign for Lakeside Estates (on the left).
- Take left onto Tolland Rd.
- Go .8 miles to next sign for Lakeside Estates (on the left).
- Take left onto Kibbe Rd. Lake side Estates is the 1st and 2nd driveway on the left. Welcome.
From All Points West of Massachusetts:
- 90 East to Mass Pike exit 2 (Lee)
- Go Rt. 20 East for 6.5 miles
- Take 8 South for 5.5 miles
- Take 23 East for 3 miles
- Take right onto West Shore Rd. There will be a sign there for Lakeside Estates B&B (on the right)
- Go .7 miles to next sign for Lakeside Estates (on the Left). Take left on to Tolland Rd.
- Go .8 miles to next sign for Lakeside Estates (on the Left).
- Take left on to Kibbe Rd. Lakeside Estates is the 1st and 2nd driveway on the left. Welcome.
From All Points East of Western Massachusetts:
- 90 West to exit 3 (Westfield)
- Take 10 & 202 South for less than 2 miles
- Take 20 West for about 5 miles
- Take 23 West for about 10 miles. You will be climbing up the mountain to Blandford on into Otis.
- After entering Otis go 1 mile. Take left onto West Shore Rd. There will be a sign for Lakeside Estates B&B (on the left).
- Take left onto Tolland Rd.
- Go .8 miles to next sign for Lakeside Estates (on the Left).
- Take left on to Kibbe Rd. Lakeside Estates is the 1st and 2nd driveway on the left. Welcome.
