General Policies:
- All rooms are double occupancy rated.
- Additional cost for an extra person is $50.00.
- Deposit required for half of the reservation.
- Refund may be provided for all but 10% if the cancellation notice is given within 14 days prior to the first day of the reservation plus a $10.00 cancellation fee; No refund will be provided if the cancellation notice is given less than 14 days prior to the first day of the reservation, unless the room can be rented, less 10% plus a $10.00 cancellation fee; Please note that the deposit cannot be re-applied to another reservation due to cancellation.
- One discount per stay.
- Minimum two-night stay. When scheduling permits, a one-night stay may be available. Please call for availability and special pricing.
