- Additional cost for an extra person is $30.00.
- Deposit is by check or money order for half of the reservation.
- Refund may be provided for all but 10% if the cancellation notice is given within 14 days prior to the first day of the reservation; No refund will be provided if the cancellation notice is given less than 14 days prior to the first day of the reservation, unless the room can be rented, less 10%; Please note that the deposit cannot be re-applied to another reservation due to cancellation.
- One discount per stay.
